These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") are an agreement between LicenseCrate.com ("LicenseCrate", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products, licenses, and services made available by LicenseCrate and of the LicenseCrate.com website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.
LicenseCrate may modify all or any part of these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after changes have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
We provide a shared licensing system. Shared licenses have the same software functionality as the corresponding official license, offered at a lower cost. Please note that official vendor support is not available for shared licenses — do not contact the official software vendor for technical issues; direct all support requests to LicenseCrate.
LicenseCrate licenses may not be used for the following categories of service:
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and to ensure that all contact information on your account remains accurate at all times.
It is your responsibility to choose the correct license type for your server environment. For example, ensure you order a VPS license for a VPS server and a Dedicated license for a bare-metal dedicated server. LicenseCrate is not responsible for orders placed for the incorrect server type.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including local rules where you reside or where your organization is located. You are fully responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Services are billed in advance of the period during which they are provided. Payments received will be applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account.
Unless you notify LicenseCrate of your desire to cancel, licenses will renew automatically on a monthly basis to prevent service interruption.
All invoices must be paid by the due date. Outstanding invoices past the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services. Access will not be restored until full payment has been received.
Misuse or fraudulent use of any payment method is a violation of this Agreement. LicenseCrate may report such misuse to relevant authorities, credit reporting services, and financial institutions.
LicenseCrate may terminate your access to the Services without notice if you fail to pay fees due, violate this Agreement, or if your conduct may harm LicenseCrate or others. No refund of fees paid in advance will be issued upon such termination.
LicenseCrate reserves the right to change prices at any time. It is your responsibility to review billing information through the WHMCS client area or communications sent by LicenseCrate.
Refunds are not offered as a standard policy. If a license does not function correctly and LicenseCrate is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund. If a gateway fee applies to the original payment method, it may be deducted from the refund amount; alternatively, the full amount may be applied as credit toward future purchases.
You may cancel any license at any time from your client area at my.licensecrate.com. Cancellations made at your own discretion are not eligible for a refund of any pre-paid period.
LicenseCrate regularly runs promotions for new and existing customers. Misuse or abuse of promotional offers will result in suspension or cancellation of the relevant order or license.
If you agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are welcome to continue using our licensing services or purchase a new license. If you do not agree, please contact support to cancel your services or do not purchase any license.
